About The Position

As a Quality Systems Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and improving the systems that ensure our products meet the highest standards. This is more than an administrative quality role—you’ll lead audits, drive corrective actions, and partner cross-functionally to strengthen processes and support compliance with ISO, IATF, and customer requirements. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the health and effectiveness of our quality system.

Requirements

  • Lead Auditor training/certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in quality systems or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ISO, IATF, OSHA, or similar standards
  • Background in metal manufacturing, tubing, or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with audit documentation tools and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in lab or technical environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage document control, including revising and issuing controlled documents
  • Plan, schedule, and lead internal quality system audits
  • Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with procedures and standards
  • Document audit findings and present clear, actionable reports to leadership
  • Lead and coordinate Corrective Action Reports (CARs) from internal and external sources
  • Track action plans and continuous improvement efforts across the division
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to implement improvements
  • Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 compliance and certification efforts
  • Assist with internal lab audits and environmental system initiatives
  • Follow up on audit and corrective action outcomes to ensure sustained improvements
