About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO. This role involves maintaining quality policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to ensure compliance with program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements. The administrator will analyze process data, metrics, models, and flows to identify root causes of problems and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement preventive or corrective actions. Additionally, they will compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics for continuous improvement, conduct software and system level audits for quality management system standards and compliance, and analyze data for nonconforming materials, parts, and equipment. The role also includes pulling data and creating reports from training records, and the position operates under general direction.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
1+ years of experience gathering and analyzing data
Experience with quality audits and assessments
1+ years of experience with data document and control
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation
Compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability
Conducts software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management
Analyzes data for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment
Pull data and create reports from training records
