Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an associate degree with relevant experience; or 3+ years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience supporting quality processes, inspections, audits, and compliance activities in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and structured root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Experience with document control systems, quality databases, and quality reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Partner with production and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Administer the electronic QMS (ETQ), including document control, routing, version management, and periodic reviews.
  • Coordinate nonconformance and corrective action processes, tracking NCRs and CAPAs through timely closure.
  • Perform quality support activities, including inspections, compliance monitoring, and issue resolution support.
  • Maintain controlled quality documentation, including PFMEAs, Control Plans, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Assist with internal, external, and customer audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up activities.
  • Support root cause investigations, quality reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis.
