About The Position

EMPACT-Suicide Prevention Center, part of the La Frontera family, is seeking a dynamic, self-starter with a high level of initiative and attention to detail for the Quality Support Administrator role. This position is responsible for analyzing and assessing systems, processes, and documentation for quality and compliance, providing feedback and support to program managers and supervisors. The role involves data entry for tracking and trending, participating in clinical records audits, and assessing programs, policies, and systems for quality, effectiveness, and clinical safety. This position is primarily remote with occasional on-site meetings required in Tempe, AZ, and is open to AZ residents only.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • Two years of experience in a behavioral health environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
  • Experience using electronic health care records.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of confidently and effectively presenting and speaking.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and proactively.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficient in basic data analysis and reporting, including spreadsheets, charts, and diagrams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and managing projects through a full cycle process.
  • Must have Fingerprint clearance card or be eligible to obtain one.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively.
  • Ability to recognize personal limitations.
  • Ability to relate positively and with empathy to all persons regardless of age, race, creed, gender or sexual orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining professional demeanor and positive working relationships.
  • Driving while on agency time or business requires a valid Arizona driver's license, appropriate liability insurance, and approval for liability coverage with EMPACT - SPC’s liability insurance carrier.
