About The Position

We are immediately hiring a Quality Supervisor in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This role leads a team responsible for kitting, inspection, and documentation, ensuring all materials meet engineering specifications, safety standards, and delivery timelines while driving continuous improvement across kitting and quality processes. Mainly responsible for the supervising of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
  • Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required
  • DOT Regulated

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
