About The Position
FieldBridge is seeking a Quality Specialist to join a manufacturing team in Odessa, TX. This role performs detailed inspection processes to ensure equipment meets quality standards, working a rotating night schedule. This role is with the world's largest oilfield service company.
Requirements
- 1+ year of ESP experience
- Manufacturing and/or quality environment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under general supervision or independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Perform moderately complex inspection processes and verify equipment meets quality specifications
- Identify defects in parts and approve or reject items accordingly
- Complete inspection reports and related paperwork with accurate documentation
- Identify ongoing quality issues and recommend improvements to prevent production problems
- Follow all safety policies and proactively promote safe behavior on the floor
