About The Position

At SWS, our products work in the harshest environments imaginable. Snowstorms, live traffic, construction zones, roadside emergencies at 3 a.m. When a warning light fails, it’s not just a defect. It’s about building a culture of quality across the company. Your work directly impacts: The reliability of our products in the field, The efficiency of our manufacturing process, The trust our customers place in SWS. If something goes wrong, you dig deeper. If something can be improved, you lead the change.
