The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is looking for an Experienced/Senior Quality Specialist- BGS Early Quality & Program Support based in Hazelwood, MO. This role leads Quality reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development and integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation. The specialist will analyze process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems, support and assist with problem management activities (CAR, NCR, etc.), facilitate Quality Leadership Reviews, and develop and facilitate Quality initiatives. The focus is on continuous improvement, recognizing and implementing opportunities to bring preventative best practices to the business, implementing Quality tools, and enabling the Quality Management System.
