About The Position

Performs job duties related to secondary operations for Stick Screw. This includes waxing and straightening stick screw products, packaging product for shipment to customer, and cycle counts tooling warehouses. Receives and issues tooling from the appropriate warehouses. Uses JDE to produce the necessary paperwork to ship product to outside vendors. Operates forklift truck to move product as well as other incoming and outgoing items. Maintains workplace in a neat and orderly condition on a daily basis, and performs a general work area cleanup once a week. Detects and reports discrepancies to his or her supervisor regarding parts, inventories, counts, or orders. Makes out time, production, and quality reports as necessary. Observes all safety regulations in all duties. Works overtime as needed to maintain a high level of customer service. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Must be able to lift from floor to waist height approximately 50 lbs. 20 to 25 times per hour.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to work in a non air-conditioned and/or air-conditioned, well-ventilated shop environment for an entire shift (up 10 hours).
Visual acuity for detailed work
High School graduate or equivalent

Follows all safety procedures at all times.
Cycle counts tooling warehouses.
Receives and issues tooling from the appropriate warehouses.
Uses JDE to produce the necessary paperwork to ship product to outside vendors.
Performs internal secondary operations on screw machined products; this includes waxing and straightening stick screw products.
Packages product for shipment to customer.
Operates forklift truck to move product as well as other incoming and outgoing items.
Maintains workplace in a neat and orderly condition on a daily basis, and performs a general work area cleanup once a week.
Detects and reports discrepancies to his or her supervisor regarding parts, inventories, counts, or orders.
Makes out time, production, and quality reports as necessary.
Observes all safety regulations in all duties.
Works overtime as needed to maintain a high level of customer service.
