Working within our dynamic Quality department, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding product integrity and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, or similar quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE).
  • 3+ years’ experience in quality assurance, quality control, or regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
  • Experience with electronic quality management systems (eQMS).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Project leadership experience.
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor site processes to ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and support the investigation and resolution of quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain documentation related to quality procedures and corrective actions.
  • Champion best practices and drive quality culture throughout the site.
  • Contribute to project teams focused on process optimization and new product introductions.
