The Manager, Quality plans, directs, and coordinates all on-site QC functions and activities to ensure compliance with applicable company, owner, and government regulations and requirements. This role involves establishing and conducting internal/external audits to ensure quality control requirements are met, and deciding on the acceptance or rejection of all work in process and completed work activities. The Manager provides specialized technical expertise for the Quality program, including inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and quality tools for problem solving and assessment. They are responsible for maintaining quality standards of products, procedures, and materials within the work scope, aligning quality management with product line performance needs, and managing a team to achieve functional objectives.
