Requirements

Ability to operate various tools and equipment to include precision digital height gages, CMMs, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, eddy current meters, squares, hardness testers, measuring tape, profile gauge, and various other precision measuring devices.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as dimensions, tolerances, bend allowances, proportions and percentages.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, geometry & GD&T.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Excellent organizational, communication, multitasking, and team work skills
Intermediate Computer Skills Including Excel (Ballooning Software Experience a plus)
Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes

Responsibilities

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents such as blueprints, routings, work orders, engineering specifications and safety regulations.
Ability to balloon drawings and write routine reports and documentation.
Ability to effectively present information to customers and other employees of the organization.
Understanding of the Assurance Manufacturing Quality Policy and Objectives
Knowledge of inspection methods and Quality Core Tools (Control Plans, FMEAs, Etc.)
Understanding of sampling plans
