About The Position

TFT Global Inc. is seeking a Quality Team Leader to provide hands-on leadership to a team of Quality Inspectors. The role is suited to an experienced quality inspector or manufacturing professional ready to grow into leadership while continuing to work directly with the team on the floor. The position includes hands-on supervision of assigned Inspectors, employee training, quality-related documentation, data review, competency reviews, and customer communication. The starting wage is $20.03 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, production, automotive, warehouse, or a related environment.
• Experience training, mentoring, guiding, or supporting coworkers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow and explain work instructions and procedures.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn job-related systems and scanners.
• Ability to work effectively with employees and customers.
• Flexibility to meet changing customer and operational needs.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance; some local travel is required.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with 5S, ISO procedures, or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and daily direction to Quality Inspectors.
• Train Inspectors on work instructions, quality expectations, and job requirements.
• Prepare and communicate work instructions.
• Help set up work cells and maintain 5S and organized work areas.
• Review quality and production data.
• Support accurate timekeeping for assigned employees.
• Participate in new employee orientation and training.
• Provide input for employee performance evaluations.
• Complete competency reviews for Inspectors.
• Communicate with customer representatives when needed.
• Support ISO procedures, continuous improvement, safety, and quality requirements.
• Help ensure work is performed safely, accurately, and according to customer expectations.
