About The Position

L&M Corrugated is seeking a Quality & Safety Manager to lead our quality and safety initiatives while helping shape the future of our organization. This role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on presence on the production floor, giving you the opportunity to influence company culture, improve operational performance, and develop systems that keep our employees safe and our customers satisfied. The Quality & Safety Manager will build systems, develop people, and create a workplace where employees can succeed safely while delivering exceptional products to our customers. Requirements

  • Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing quality, safety, operations, or related discipline.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, safety programs, root cause methodologies, and corrective action processes.
  • Experience conducting investigations related to quality incidents, customer complaints, non-conformances, safety incidents, and near misses.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, auditors, regulatory agencies, and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated success building and sustaining a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Executive presence and leadership maturity.
  • Strong business acumen and operational understanding.
  • Passion for quality excellence and workplace safety.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • High integrity and accountability.
  • Confidence balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational needs.
