About The Position

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a current college student to join the team in Bloomington, IL as their Quality - Safety Intern. This intern will assist with the safety programs at the Bloomington, Illinois facilities. They will be responsible for aiding in ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and corporate safety requirements; as well as working with all departments to ensure compliance with our QMS (Quality Management System), thereby ensuring our ongoing ISO certification. They will assist with ensuring that safety and quality programs/processes are maintained and that employees are current on all training and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate's in an applicable field.
Ability to learn and commitment to carry out our safety and quality programs.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Ability to write clearly and accurately.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task.
Exhibit responsibility, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.
Able to work with employees at all levels of the company.
Interact with corporate quality and safety personnel.
Must be 18 Years old.
Must be able to work a minimum of 6 weeks during the time when the internship is offered.

Responsibilities

Assist with the safety programs at the Bloomington, Illinois facilities.
