About The Position

Human services professionals are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Reviewer position with Liberty Healthcare Corporation. In partnership with Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide quality improvement program which focuses on enhancing person-centered services and supports provided to people who are living with developmental disabilities so they may live their best lives.

Requirements

• Full-time position
• Human services professional background
• Ability to drive throughout central, southern, and eastern Maryland
• Experience conducting on-site reviews
• Experience conducting National Core Indicators ® interviews
• Knowledge of person-centered principles
• Experience identifying opportunities for quality improvement
• Experience providing constructive feedback and technical assistance to provider agencies
• Proficiency in using databases
• Experience writing corrective action plans and monitoring progress
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Driving throughout central, southern, and eastern Maryland
• Conducting on-site reviews with people who are receiving services
• Conducting National Core Indicators ® interviews
• Ensuring supports are aligned with person centered principles
• Identifying opportunities for quality improvement
• Providing constructive feedback and technical assistance to provider agencies
• Using databases
• Writing corrective action plans and monitoring progress
• Communicating and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders
