The Quality Associate contributes to meeting Langham Logistics goals of exceptional Client service, quality, process improvement, and profitability by performing the following tasks: Ensuring accurate shipping and receiving by performing QC checks on all incoming and outgoing materials; Gathering all applicable information to determine if a shipment has a discrepancy; Ensuring accurate inventory management by ensuring materials are dropped into deviation accurately; Collaborate among departments on discrepancies or questions for deviating material or processes; Ensuring proper Client communication as it relates to Quality issues according to the SOPs and/or the Client Quality Agreement; Identifying and tracking errors, communicating with external and internal stakeholders to support case management. Performance will be evaluated based on meeting the requirements of the job description; meeting performance metrics and other quality indicators established for this position; working according to specifications, policies, and standards established by Langham Logistics; working effectively in a team environment; and providing a high level of internal and external Client service. The Quality Representative is expected to operate according to all safety and security guidelines. Performance metrics for this position will be established annually based on: Quality of work, productivity, and attendance.
