About The Position

Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for a Full Time Quality Reporting Specialist. The successful candidate will possess solid experience and advanced knowledge in quality reporting, with a preference for RN licensure or a health-related bachelor's degree. Familiarity with community health center patient populations and the ability to contribute to healthcare improvement initiatives are essential. Strong oral and written presentation skills, along with advanced computer and data entry skills, particularly in word processing and spreadsheet programs, are required. The role involves developing SQL queries, preparing reports, managing quality measures, coordinating patient satisfaction surveys, and performing audits for various quality programs.

Requirements

  • Solid experience and advanced knowledge in quality reporting.
  • Advanced computer and data entry skills, especially word processing and spreadsheet programs.
  • Ability to assist with determining and implementing health care improvement initiatives.
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with community health center patient populations.

Nice To Haves

  • RN licensure or health related bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop SQL queries and stored procedures to extract, analyze, and validate data from EHR and other organizational databases.
  • Prepare reports, and manage clerical responsibilities involved in the evaluation, tracking, coordination, development, implementation and maintenance of organizational quality measures.
  • Conduct bi-annual patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Coordinate, perform and maintain audits necessary for, but not limited to, UDS quality measures, payor quality incentive programs, and patient attribution.
