Quality Reporting Specialist III

About The Position
The Quality Reporting Specialist III abstracts clinical information for externally reported quality measures, reviews information with clinicians, ensures submissions to CMS and other entities are completed within required timeframes, conducts periodic audits to maintain the integrity of the reporting program, and supports the creation of quality reports as requested. The role requires competency in all essential functions of a Quality Reporting Specialist II.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree and at least ten years of relevant healthcare experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field and at least five years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated competency in all essential functions of a Quality Reporting Specialist II.
Responsibilities
