Requirements
- 6+ months of experience leading projects
- 6+ months of experience with internal combustion engines, thermal systems or after-treatment systems in one or more of the following areas: Design, Test, Controls, Calibration

Responsibilities
- Compare warranty claims across vehicle models to identify which components are driving the most repairs.
- Create a concise presentation explaining a test program's results, key risks, and recommended next steps.
- Clean and combine test data, then identify trends that help explain differences in component performance.
- Use formulas, pivot tables, and charts to summarize test results and flag out-of-range measurements.
- Investigate a recurring test failure, narrow down possible causes, and verify the fix with follow-up testing.
