About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services. Position Responsibilities: Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance. Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements Documents audit results in standard formats Works under general supervision

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft modifications
  • 3+ years rotary wing experience
  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR)
  • Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3)
  • This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
