About The Position

Boeing Distribution, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Quality Production Specialist (FAI) to join their team in Wichita, KS. This role will be responsible for leading and training employees on various quality processes, including First Article Inspection, Lab Controlled at Source, Outbound/Inbound Inspection, and Non-Conformance processes. The specialist will also handle the disposition and control of non-conforming products and perform First Articles for submission to customers.

Requirements

5+ years of related quality experience
3+ years of experience in QA inspection methods and procedures, including First Article Inspection
3+ years of experience in the usage of calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator
Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102
4+ years’ experience reading and interpret blueprints
Proficient PC skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)
This role requires passing a documented color and near vision exam.
Must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
