Provide support and accountability for planning, controlling, and improving quality and reliability for all products within the region, with possible specialization in Liquid Cooling. This includes manufacturing and purchased products, services, and software supplied to Vertiv Customers. The role will act as a customer advocate regarding products, systems, methods, processes, measures, and issues. Additionally, this role is responsible for planning and implementing Systems, Processes, Policies, Procedures, and end-to-end quality support, which will ensure an effective quality system that complies with Customer requirements, selected International and Industry Standards. This position is an integral part of the business structure and ensures deployment of Customer Quality, Quality Management Systems, and Product Compliance Systems within the respective service organization and respective manufacturing plants (if applicable).
