About The Position

Under the supervision of the Quality Operations Director (QOD), the Quality Operations Coordinator (Assignment: Quality Monitoring) provides administrative and operational support to ensure that our PACE market operations run smoothly and that participant concerns are addressed in a timely, organized, and respectful manner. This role focuses on carefully tracking, reviewing, and helping resolve participant grievances while maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout the process. This role is different because the Quality Operations Coordinator at WelbeHealth: Makes a direct impact in participant satisfaction by communicating effectively and resolving any complaints or concerns Plays a critical role in supporting a growing, mission-driven healthcare organization, ensuring vulnerable seniors feel supported and have access to high-quality care

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred; three (3) years of experience may be substituted
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting; PACE experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable with working a varied schedule, which may require nights and weekends, and must be comfortable travelling onsite for business needs
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and Health Information Management expertise
  • Extensive MS office suite experience, strong data gathering skills, and technical skills with computer navigation required
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • EHR experience

Responsibilities

  • Review and investigate participant grievances by gathering relevant information, speaking with appropriate staff members when needed, and documenting findings to help determine what occurred and how it should be addressed
  • Manage communication related to grievances with participants, ensuring that required information is accurate, prepared, and submitted according to established regulatory timelines
  • Log, track, and maintain records of grievances in the appropriate systems so that each issue is properly documented, monitored, and resolved according to organizational and regulatory requirements
