About The Position
This full-time Quality of Life Coordinator position at Azura of Mukwonago involves bringing joy, purpose, and engagement to residents living with dementia and Alzheimer's through meaningful, person-centered activities. The role is based at the new Azura of Mukwonago facility located at 215 Chapman Farm Blvd, Mukwonago, WI, with a schedule of 9AM-5PM. The company offers competitive wages and excellent benefits. Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate engaging monthly activity calendars
- Lead activities that promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being
- Organize arts & crafts, entertainment, special events, and community outings
- Support team members with resident engagement best practices
- Maintain materials for sensory carts and other enrichment programs
