- Plan, schedule, and coordinate monthly activity calendars
- Lead activities that promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being
- Organize arts & crafts, entertainment, and community outings
- Support staff in resident engagement practices
- Maintain materials for sensory carts and other enrichment programs
