You'll help ensure product conformance through inspections, process controls, and supplier quality initiatives while supporting new product development and continuous improvement efforts. Working closely with manufacturing, engineering, and leadership teams, you'll drive quality performance, reduce defects, and help foster a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quality or a related field
  • 3+ years of quality engineering or manufacturing quality experience
  • Training in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and ISO auditing
  • Experience supporting ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab, and engineering software
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to wear required PPE and work safely in the assigned environment
