Requirements
- Automotive industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or supplier management.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more but not limited to the following manufacturing processes: Casting, Machining, Forging, Stamping, Welding, Plastic/Rubber Molding, Brazing, Sintering, Automated/Manual Assembly Process, Controls Automation programing, Paint, Chroming, SMC.
- Proven experience in PPAP, APQP, and quality systems.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage quality and manufacturing processes.
- Apply problem-solving techniques.
- Utilize PPAP processes.
- Implement APQP methodologies.
- Work with suppliers.
- Engage in manufacturing process improvement.
