The Remote Quality Manager (QM) plays a vital leadership role in driving performance excellence across the healthcare system. This position is accountable for designing, implementing, and managing an enterprise-wide Quality Program that aligns with SRHS strategic priorities. As the champion for quality, the QM will partner with leaders and teams across departments to improve patient care, operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer experience. From guiding hospital and department-level quality councils to spearheading high-impact, multidisciplinary projects, the QM uses data-driven insights, proven methodologies, and collaborative leadership to achieve measurable, system-wide improvements.
