Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Manual, internal work instructions, and procedures; audit and approve subcontractors. Review job status, customer specifications, and recommend technical solutions. Collaborate with Production Control, Engineering, and customers on alloy, casting design, and tooling topics. Manage staff responsible for quality planning, raw material release, and final product certification. Oversee Level III NDT Examiner for personnel qualification, special process certifications, and audits. Serve as Management Representative for ISO-9001 & AS9100 compliance. Stay current with industry advancements through technical literature review. Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to quality teams while maintaining discipline and professionalism.
