About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, AL. We’re looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about precision and innovation to support Boeing’s Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Seeker—an integral part of the world’s most advanced air defense system. Recently, the PAC-3 Seeker was honored as the 2025 “Coolest Thing Made in Alabama” in the statewide Manufacturing Madness competition. Position Responsibilities: Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies Provides education and coaching on the Quality System Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100))
• 3+ years’ experience in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
• 3+ years’ experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes
• 3+ years’ experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality
• 3+ years’ experience leading teams or projects formally or informally
• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
• To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required.
• “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

• Experience with system engineering /quality engineering
• Experience with surveillance and compliance audits
