Crusoe is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager to oversee Manufacturing Quality across multiple AI data center infrastructure production sites. Reporting directly to the Director of Quality, this role leads team management, quality assurance, process controls, electrical/mechanical product quality, QMS execution, regulatory compliance, testing, and continuous improvement across our facilities. Crusoe Quality Org Leadership Philosophy: The ideal candidate does not view Manufacturing Quality as simply an inspection organization. We are looking for a leader who can build a culture where Quality is designed into the product → engineered into the manufacturing process → verified through robust testing → controlled through Statistical Process Controls (SPC) → measured through data → continuously improved with QMS discipline. The successful candidate will demonstrate equal proficiency in conducting shop-floor oversight, evaluating electrical testing procedures, reviewing weld integrity with Certified Welding Inspectors, and collaborating with Engineering on Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) initiatives. Furthermore, this leader must maintain rigorous audit readiness across UL compliance, QMS, ISO, and safety standards, perform thorough quality data analytics, and effectively communicate manufacturing and quality risks to executive leadership. This strategic role demands deep expertise in electromechanical assembly, production processes, and QMS. Operating across Manufacturing, QMS, Engineering, and Regulatory Compliance, the Manager will build and guide high-performing Quality teams to foster a rigorous Quality mindset across all Crusoe sites. This position requires approximately 30% to 40% travel among manufacturing facilities, vendor sites, and client locations.
