The Quality Manager Industry is responsible for developing and continuously improving customer experiences with Festo while contributing to strengthening global quality standards. All quality-related topics, guidelines, and procedures are implemented to fully comply with customer requirements, applicable standards, and legal regulations within the various industrial sectors. The Quality Manager Industry ensures the maintenance and ongoing improvement of product and process quality. The candidate understands the industry-specific requirements and needs and integrate these into Festo to guarantee preventive quality measures. Learnings from complaints are used to derive insights that support the proactive application of quality management for the benefit of the customer. The role is based in USA and executes local quality assurance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement activities, but is managed both disciplinarily and professionally by the headquarters. The position acts as the primary quality liaison between customers, local operations, and headquarters.
