About The Position

Sigma Defense is seeking a Quality Management System & Standards Analyst to join their team. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and leadership focused on solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to understand and balance the strictness of quality standards with the needs of employees, customers, and other stakeholders, bridging the gap between compliance requirements and operational implementation. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience leading or directly supporting quality efforts to develop, monitor, and continually improve an enterprise QMS required (preferably in a government contracting environment).
  • Strong ability to navigate and use Microsoft Applications for document management, team collaboration, data analysis, communication, and general computing tasks.
  • Strong experience with Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Analytical, accuracy, and attention to detail for documentation and compliance monitoring.
  • Problem solving to address quality defects or process deviations.
  • Data collection, analysis, and reporting of performance outcomes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Communication (written and verbal) to articulate information and train personnel.
  • Regulatory knowledge and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Access, OneNote, Visio, Project, and Publisher is preferred.
