About The Position

The Clinical Quality Improvement RN supports the advancement of clinical quality initiatives in medical clinics across the region. The role skillfully combines a primary focus on clinical knowledge with an emphasis on performance improvement. Under the direction of the Manager for Clinical Quality Improvement, utilizes data sets and information to identify opportunity and successfully mobilize clinical and other resources to achieve improvements. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License Upon hire
  • 5 years of Nursing experience
  • 3 years of experience in an ambulatory clinical setting
  • 1 year of experience in leading clinical quality improvement initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in health related field (MSN, MPH, MHA etc)
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) upon hire.
  • Experience with analytics reporting tools such as EPIC Reporting Workbench, Slicer Dicer or similar.
  • Experience developing clinical care policies, procedures, guidelines, and protocols.
