About The Position

The Program Manager, Quality Management leads the enterprise Business Process Management practice, including the development, governance, and continuous improvement of process frameworks, standards, and tools. The role enables consistent execution, integration, and operating model maturity across the capital program, while overseeing a portfolio of process optimization initiatives that support effective, data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline an asset.
  • Several years of experience in business process management or transformation environments.
  • Experience developing enterprise process frameworks and standards.
  • Strong expertise in process mapping, optimization, and operating model design.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • PMP, Lean and Six Sigma designations and experience are assets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting large programs or capital projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and governance of enterprise BPM frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
  • Define and maintain process architecture, including taxonomy and documentation standards.
  • Lead and execute process mapping, including current and future state design and gap analysis.
  • Manage a portfolio of process improvement initiatives delivered through matrix resources.
  • Drive adoption of BPM standards through stakeholder engagement and structured rollout.
  • Monitor adherence to frameworks and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Provide process insights and analysis to support governance and decision-making.
  • Align process initiatives with transformation priorities and operating model evolution.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
