As a Quality Management Lead, you’ll support a dynamic, geographically dispersed Program Management Office (PMO) team. You will manage the full lifecycle of key program reporting, including Award Fee Self‑Assessments (AFSAs), government briefs, Quarterly Program Management Reviews (QPMRs), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), and other recurring performance products. You will ensure all deliverables meet strict quality, compliance, and contractual standards while providing clear, accurate, and actionable information to senior government stakeholders. You will also provide daily leadership, guidance, and workload management for Quality team members. This role includes leading the collection, validation, and synthesis of inputs from cross‑functional teams, transforming technical and operational information into polished, executive‑level materials. You will ensure consistency in messaging, adherence to required formats, and alignment with program goals and client expectations. Additionally, you will oversee the review, validation, and formal submission of all program deliverables, ensuring they are accurate and fully compliant with task order requirements.
