About The Position

The Quality Management Coordinator II plays a key role in ensuring organizational readiness, performance improvement, and compliance across programs. This position independently monitors regulatory and accreditation requirements, coordinates survey preparation, and oversees corrective action plan tracking to closure. The Coordinator II leads KPI monitoring and structured improvement initiatives by analyzing data, facilitating workgroups, and delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership. In addition, the role supports oversight of grievance processes and satisfaction data to identify trends and drive improvements in individual experience. While partnering closely with risk, safety, and compliance functions, the Coordinator II integrates quality findings into broader organizational efforts, promotes ethical practices, and serves as a knowledgeable resource to staff on compliance and performance standards. The coordinator will oversee Devereux's Pennsylvania Children’s Services in Chester County, PA. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred such as healthcare administration, human services, psychology, social work, social services or related field
  • Active Certified Investigator Certificate preferred
  • Minimum of one year working with IDD or autism children
  • Familiar with PA Chapter 3800 Regulations preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license

  • Experience with children's mental health regulations, quality assurance, compliance, and performance improvement.
  • Skilled in data analysis, reporting, corrective action planning, and driving organizational readiness.
