About The Position

The Quality Lead is responsible for leading the quality domain within the company. This role involves establishing statistical control methods, bridging the gap between design and production, and ensuring that all products meet or exceed both technical specifications and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Proven background in the Quality field – Mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience specifically in Quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, including assemblies, wiring, and electronics.
• Precise analytical skills with the ability to read, process, and analyse data.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Ability to analyse workflows, identify weaknesses, and detect defects.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• High-level interpersonal communication and a strong team player.
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• B.Sc. in Engineering – Significant Advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s quality initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end inspections, including Incoming, In-Process, and Final Product stages.
• Implement statistical sampling and testing methods for effective process monitoring and control (SPC).
• Provide technical solutions for quality issues arising in production or reported from the field (CAPA/Root Cause Analysis).
• Develop and implement quality procedures and workflows to ensure product and service excellence.
• Leading external and internal audits and the management of non-conforming materials.
