Quality Lead
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to develop, implement, and manage a program-wide Quality Management System supporting a complex, multi-year portfolio of consulting, operational improvement, infrastructure, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. The Quality Lead will establish quality standards, coordinate reviews, monitor compliance, manage corrective actions, and ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations and organizational standards. Working closely with project leadership and technical teams, this individual will drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, Engineering, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, program oversight, or compliance.
- Experience supporting large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Experience developing and implementing quality management frameworks.
- Experience conducting reviews, audits, and corrective action processes.
- Experience in consulting, government, education, infrastructure, or professional services environments preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan.
- Establish quality standards, review procedures, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate quality reviews of deliverables, reports, and project artifacts.
- Monitor compliance with contract requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- Track quality findings, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct periodic audits of project controls, documentation, and deliverables.
- Support risk management and issue resolution activities.
- Prepare quality metrics, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership.
- Promote best practices and lessons learned across project teams.
