Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Lead located at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
4+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, QA, or production environment (foam, thermoforming, injection molding, or similar preferred if no degree).
Strong working knowledge of GMP and BRCGS standards, including audit readiness and documentation requirements.
Experience conducting audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews in a plant environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word, with the ability to maintain logs, databases, and reports.
Demonstrated attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to train, coach, and support production and quality staff on quality standards and expectations.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.

Nice To Haves

College education or coursework in Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Ability to communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with quality assurance, GMP, and BRCGS standards across all plant operations
Lead and perform routine audits and inspections of production processes and employee work activities
Maintain and control quality documentation, records, SOPs, and databases to support compliance and audits
Oversee quality holds, product dispositions, AQLs, and tracking to protect product integrity
Partner with production and leadership teams to identify quality gaps and drive continuous improvement
Deliver quality training and ongoing coaching to production and quality staff
Provide day to day leadership support to the quality team, including audit preparation and coverage
Conduct regular audits of equipment usage, sanitation, employee work practices, and process controls
Perform monthly internal site inspections and compile findings and corrective actions for plant leadership
Review production documentation, logs, inspection sheets, and processing records for accuracy and compliance
Maintain daily quality hold and rework databases, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation
Prepare quality paperwork and documentation ahead of production changeovers and schedule changes
Participate in product testing and inspections using appropriate measurement tools and equipment
Provide quality leadership support and coverage, including periodic night shift oversight as needed
