About The Position
Ultra-met is looking for Quality Inspectors who have manufacturing tooling and inserts inspection experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player on a growing team that is striving to provide high-quality products to our diverse customer base.
Requirements
- Experience with Mechanical Inspection tools (Micrometers/Calipers/Height Gauges)
- Manufacturing tooling and inserts inspection experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with equipment such as a Keyence, CMM, Optical Comparator, or Stereo-Microscope
Responsibilities
- Utilizing measurement tools to validate physical properties and confirm dimensional features are within tolerance.
- Using microscopes to visually inspect parts for defects.
- Identifying and quarantining parts for further evaluation.
- Receiving instruction on operating Optical Comparator/CMM/Keyence measuring devices.
- Ongoing training to develop skills and abilities for future growth.
