As a Quality & Integration Engineer, you will work with cross-functional teams to improve organizational effectiveness, support project execution, evaluate business processes, and help ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • Minimum 3 years of applicable experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support quality assurance, supplier oversight, project execution, and business integration activities.
  • Participate in assignments across engineering, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, project management, and quality organizations.
  • Help with audits, assessments, corrective action investigations, and process improvement programs.
  • Analyze organizational interfaces and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of management system processes.
  • Collaborate with partners across multiple organizations to resolve technical and programmatic challenges.
  • Develop an understanding of customer, regulatory, industry, and company requirements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review.
  • Contribute to strategic programs that improve organizational performance and project execution.
