Requirements

• Proficient in the use of all hand gages, including an optical comparator, micrometer, height-stand, indicator, caliper, concentricity gauges, thread inspection gages, etc.
• Proficient in the use of Electronic Height Gage, and Mitutoyo Contractor.
• Blueprint reading, GD&T, and shop math.
• Software knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook), calibration tracking software, Minitab, QC Calc, Pi Web.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485, AS9100, ITAR, FDA, PPAP, FAI, Gage RR, capability studies, GDP, cGMP.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a machine shop environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• US Citizen or permanent resident alien (due to ITAR regulations).

Nice To Haves

• Exposure and experience in CMM, vision systems.
