About The Position

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret blueprints and select appropriate metrology equipment and methods
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and bore gauges
• Strong shop math capabilities for calculating dimensions and tolerances
• Committed to accuracy, instruction-following, and maintaining traceability

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CMM software such as PC-DMIS or Zeiss Calypso
• Working knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5 standards
• Background in AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems
• Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions (CAPA)
• Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAI)
• Understanding of CMM setup, operation, and calibration fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Inspecting precision components to verify conformance with specifications
• Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Reviewing and verifying documentation for accuracy and traceability
• Recording inspection results and maintaining detailed quality records
• Collaborating with the Quality team to uphold strict standards
• Following safety protocols and maintaining an organized workspace
