Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of the Circuit Card manufacturing process.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in participating in Lot Rejection resolution.
  • Proficiency in facilitating root cause/corrective action activities.
  • Ability to engage in continuous improvement through lean activities and process enhancement recommendations.
  • Ability to collect and enter data to support program initiatives and quality inspection needs.
  • High level of independence and self-assurance.
  • Overall awareness and attention to detail.
  • General knowledge and understanding of the Circuit Card manufacturing process.
  • Responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing production schedules and quality standards.
  • Examining cable harnesses, circuit boards, and electronic assemblies.
  • Checking for dimensional accuracy, solder integrity, and electrical performance.
  • Documenting findings and flagging nonconformities.
  • Collaborating with engineering and production teams to address issues.
  • Participating in Lot Rejection resolution.
  • Providing continuous improvements through lean activities and process improvement activities and recommendations.
  • Participating and/or facilitating root cause/corrective action activities.
  • Collecting and entering data as required to support program initiatives and quality inspection needs.
  • Performing other related duties and assignments as required.
