About The Position

As a Quality Analyst, you will help support quality standards across production processes by reviewing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping teams deliver consistent, accurate results. In this role, you will work closely with partners across the production environment to promote efficiency, support operational excellence and help ensure work meets established quality expectations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1-2 year(s) of experience in production environments
• Any combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
• Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
• Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
• 1 year of Quality Control experience

Responsibilities

• Perform all delegated quality tasks, including assigning audit coverage where applicable
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain high standards of quality
• Perform all difficult and complex inspection, audit, and verification duties on card output — including embossing
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline production tasks
