About The Position
The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that HPG customer products meet all quality standards through visual inspection and precise measurement. This role involves operating CMM machines, analyzing data, communicating results, and maintaining equipment calibration. The inspector will also be involved in final product packaging, training new employees, and ensuring timely completion of all quality documentation while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

- Ability to take precise measurements using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Responsibilities
- Run CMM Machines
- Final visual inspection of HPG customer products
- Follow strict inspection protocol in performing inspection
- Analyze data to ensure conformance of parts to design intent, dimensional requirements, blueprints and other specifications
- Communicate inspections results to other departments within the company
- Calibration of measuring equipment
- Final product packaging
- Provide training to new employees as required
- Maintain safe and clean workspace
- Ensure timely completion of all quality requirements/documents
- Perform other tasks within the department as required
