About The Position
Valtir is hiring a quality inspector to support our Fort Worth, TX manufacturing facility by performing quality checks of highway safety products. This is a full-time, first-shift position with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of quality experience
- Extensive experience in the use of inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Reliable and predictable attendance
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all staff
- Ability to perform all essential functions safely and efficiently
- Ability to function as a team member and establish and maintain effective working relationships
Responsibilities
- Inspect products and maintain documentation to ensure quality standards are being met
- Work with shop personnel and supervisors to improve overall effectiveness of quality systems
- Work with other departments to exchange quality information
- Count, check and tag products according to company’s quality standards
- Complete all quality records and follow company polies/procedures
- Other duties as assigned
