About The Position

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is seeking motivated candidates for a Quality Inspector position. This role involves receiving and inspecting components for repair and overhaul, generating pre-established technical documentation, and shop travelers. Data entry experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Must be Highly Motivated individual
Must possess Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
Must have Data Entry Skills / computer literate
Must be able to read, write and understand English
Must be available to work Fulltime, M-F, Hours ranging from 7am– 5pm
Must pass FAA/DOT Pre-Employment drug test and background screen, also will be subjected to random drug and alcohol testing.
Must Have A&P license to be considered
Minimum of a H. S. Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Nice To Haves

Data entry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Receiving incoming Components for Repair / Overhaul
Generating documentation, technical data and shop travelers using customer repair orders as guidance.
Perform Visual and Dimensional Inspections using manual inspection tools to determine serviceability
Perform Floor Inspections on various machines / ensuring tolerances are met
Maintain FAA Documentation / Record keeping
Prepare Customer Repair / Overhaul Quotes
Perform Final Inspections / Generate FAA / DOT Documentation
Assist in Maintaining FAA/DOT Quality System
